Hi, I am experiencing a couple of problems with it... I can't seem to tab between the fields, which I thought I would be able to do... and when I press the submit button, it doesn't submit... so I refresh then lose all my data and have to do it all again? Any tips? Thanks.

Thanks for inquiring. Can you confirm the form ID you're working with? This is the most recent one as accessed from our ticket:
I cloned that form and was able to create a PDF from it and submit it through Adobe Acrobat. Perhaps you were working with a different one? Please advise so we can look into the form that's having the issue.
