Hi! My form has the Form Collapse feature which is really great for what I need. When I try to make a PPF form, I can only get the uncollapsed first section. How do I get the rest of them? I don't see how I can just open them up one by one and make PDFs and then I could use Acrobat Pro and combine them, but again, I don't see how I can get the rest of the questions in PDF format. Thank you, Kevin

    Hello chediski,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

There seems to be some glitch where if your form has form collapse in "Close" mode, the form fields of the form collapse is overwritten. Your PDF form does include the form fields of other form collapse as well but they seems to be added on top of one another. Please check the screenshot below:

There seems to be a glitch and I am reporting it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

For now, I would suggest you to edit your form and set the "Status" of "Form Collapse" fields as "Open". Please check the screenshot below:

Do try to create PDF form after setting the form collapse as open and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!
