Query about removing some data when user fills the form next time?

I have multiple courses in the curriculum which are included in one form. what I want is, when user fills the form for the first time with one course will not be able to see that course when he fills the form next time. is it possible? if yes, Then how can i achieve this functionality.

When you say "will not be able to see that course when he fills the form next time" are you referring to a certain field option in your form or the entire form itself?

If that's about the field option, use gift registry widget, you can limit options so they can't be selected again. Otherwise if you are referring to the form, limiting submission with the user email might help.
