Hi,
I'm having trouble seeing all of the form fields in our infusionsoft account from the jotform integration. There's really only one field that is not showing that I need to map from my jotform, but I've noticed that there are a few other fields also missing from the infusionsoft integration fields. I already tried removing the integration and then re-adding it and that didn't work. Is there something else that can be done to retrieve these additional missing fields for mapping?
I really need an answer to this ASAP.

Please let us know the form's url and which fields are not showing up in the Integration.
But it can be something related with custom field types. The type of field on Jotform must be compatible with the custom field type of InfusionSoft. You can see here more details:
