Hi there - I've currently got two main forms in use: one is for a pre-session survey ("Getting to Know You") and one is for a feedback survey ("Your Thoughts Pretty Please") once they have completed working with me. The first form I built was the latter - and I cloned this to create the intro survey. Every time I have a new client fill in "Getting to Know You" - I always receive an email with a partially filled out "Your Thoughts Pretty Please" survey, usually with the first two and the very last questions filled out and nothing else. Then I receive the "Getting to Know You" survey.
My main concern is that my clients are seeing this glitch. Any thoughts?
Many thanks!

Hi there,
1. Getting to know you (http://www.jotform.ca/form/42996303047256)
2. YOUR THOUGHTS, PRETTY PLEASE (http://www.jotform.ca/form/42626448819263)
I understand that you have 2 forms. Every time the user submits the form, the submission will be sent to our servers and then from our servers. After that, our server will send these submissions to the recipient associated with your email notifications.
Both forms have 2 email notifications. Here's my suggestion, delete these notifications and create a new one for each form.
You can delete a notification by clicking the "red x".
Please make sure that the email content is correct as well.

Thanks, Jan! I think that might have solved the problem. I've tried to test it out a couple of times and it looks like it is working. Appreciate the quick response!
