    Captcha not validating or displaying for the second time

    Hi there,

    I have a problem with the Captcha not working correctly on my form. I've searched your forums and have tried several of the solutions offered (I've tried embed the form, added the form as it would be in Dreamweaver and added it with iFrame.), however none seem to help.

    When on the form, you are now able to see the Captcha info (previously it was just the spinning wheel). However when you submit it opens Captcha up again in another window and you have to again prove you're human. I've searched the code to see if there is someway that I'm calling the Captcha in twice, but can't find it. Here is the form URL (http://form.myjotform.com/form/43303222295547).

    Also if you submit without adding any info the form submits, again with the second Captcha screen, but it's not validating. I've attached a screen shot of the second Captcha screen for reference.

    I appreciate any help you can offer as the site has gone live and I need to sort this out asap.

    I've just tried to submit your JotForm from the webpage and I was able to submit it without any issues.

    Please confirm if you are still experiencing the issue with displaying captcha twice. Also, I see that the JotForm is now embedded using iframe method and seems not to be having any conflicts with the other scripts on your webpage. Since we have some required fields on the form, we will not be able to proceed further if any field left incomplete to submit the form.

    Hi Kiran,

    I've just tried again and sent the email without filling in any fields and it sent (this was in FireFox 36.0.1). I did change it back to iFrame before posting my original issue as this seemed to be the most common solution I could find on the support forum.

    I've tried it in Safari, Opera and IE and it seems to work perfectly, only Firefox is still a problem.

    Considering I can not reproduce problem you have I can explain to you scenario which is normal. If you submit form with good captcha, form will be submitted and you will get Thank you page. However if you enter the wrong captcha after submitting form you will get another captcha to confirm it one more time. If you don't enter the captcha text correctly, instead of asking the user to go back and possibly lose the data entered, we ask user to only and only enter the captcha again. That's why you sometimes get captcha again.

    Thanks all, it seems to be working fine now. Don't know what changed but all is good, even in Firefox.
