Is there a way to have an auto reply to the customers email of what a customer has attached for there records?

You can setup an auto-responder that will send a copy of the submitted information to the user :

And you can set up an email notification that will send to you or other email of your choice a copy of the filled form:

Both on auto-responders and email notifications it is possible to edit the content, but by customizing the content you will need to manually update the email if you add/remove fields from the form:
