    Upon Submission, forward to a URL link AND send an automatic notification

    Hi,

    I seem to be having difficulty with a series of conditions for this form. Yesterday, I got it to work, but then it stopped working and the application became very sluggish and slow to respond.

    I need 3 emails sent if the the answer is: "Independent Student" and "Yes or unsure" to the question about... living in your home that is 18 or over, but I only need the auto notification email1 address to automatically direct to a specific "URL" link that is also embedded, but the autonotification email needs to include a message with an additional url link embedded into the re-edit link {email1} notification that is sent to their personal email address.

    This process worked in the past with most of my HF applications (but without two requests upon submission) and it worked fine.

    For the Group answer, but "YES or unsure" to the ... living in your home question... I only need two emails sent and the a url re-direct upon submission.

    Is there something that I have done wrong in my conditions? I have tried several variables, changed priorities/rules, added rules for each of the specific email instructions.

    Am I asking for the impossible to redirect to a url and send the auto-notification back to the {email1} email address or did you do an update yesterday that changed the option of "redirecting to another URL upon submission & autonotification email" simultaneously?

    Thank you for your prompt attention to this.

    P.S. I have attached a photo of what worked yesterday, but because it was acting flakey, I cloned the form and created a new one, see link below.

    I think the 2 conditional statements conflict with each other

    Try making the 2nd unique by setting the logical to AND (not OR).

    The same with the conditional 3 & 4... they are contradicting also.

    The conditions is redirecting to 2 different Thank You Page for the same rules only.

    One of the condition statement should be different so that it can logically understand which one to send/redirect.

    As is now, the only rules it have is if the answer "Yes or Unsure" -- redirect to this TY page, but it is not clear which TY page it should be because there were 2 assigned.

    I also suggesting setting the Sender E-mail of the Autoresponder to have value. 

    set "noreply@jotform.com" or your email account. This way the email will not be flag us unknown or spam when received by email servers.

    Please try the suggestions. Let us know if the issue is still not resolved.
