Fillable PDF: Corrupted PDFs caused by Allow Other option on CheckBoxes/RadioButtons

Hi - I was able to create PDF versions of my forms as recently as last week. Now somehow, when I go to create the PDF form, a 50b document is created (not even 1kb) and Adobe Acrobat and Reader both say it is not a valid PDF document.

I just saw the promotions about how PDF creation is available, but suddenly the function isn't working in our account.

    Thank you for contacting us.

According to my tests, the issue is caused by enabled Allow Other option on a form Check Box field. We will need to fix the PDF builder to handle the Allow Other option on Check Boxes and Radio Buttons.

The issue has been escalated to our Development Team. In the meantime, you might consider disabling the Allow Other option to be able to generate the fillable PDF.

We will let you know once the issue is fixed.
