I cannot select the email option in "recipient email". It is blank. As such I cannot sen out auto mail to my form fill clients. Please assist!

This is because of not having field labels on your JotForm. The form labels are the one that helps you in identifying the field name.
Please see if you can add the form labels to your JotForm for identifying the fields or you may place the field label temporarily for email field and then choose the right field from the list of recipient email field. Once the form is saved, you can remove the label.
