Archived forms show up in sub-users accounts without any difference from non archived forms

Viewing forms as an added 'User with Full Access' can see forms that have been moved to Archive without knowing they were archived.  How can users distinguish if forms are Archived or not.

Also, I can't move forms to the Archive folder, how can that be done?

You are right, sub-users can access archived forms without any difference from non archived forms:

I will forward a feature request so our developers can consider a future implementation of this feature.

You will be contacted if they decide accordingly.

In order to archive forms select the form > more > archive:

Added users cannot Archive, either.  The main account can archive according to your directions but a sub-user only gets this:

I am having this same problem - I archive the forms that the company no longer uses, but all of my colleagues who are set up as sub-users still see the forms in their main folder. As per "salesoperations" comment, they also do not have the option to archive from their side.

Ideally, the forms would archive for all users when the main account user archives it. Has this been updated as yet?
