I would like to use information from another application (mobile website) to populate drop down boxes. For example i want to connect a jotform to a project management platform. Within the project certain resources are assigned to the project (people and assets/plant &equip). So lets say I have a form where i want to add the people to the jotform as attendees to a meeting. Rather than having to type in or create multiple fields can I populate a checkbox with all the names and add them?

Hello Holth62,
I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to populate the drop down / check box options values?
Unfortunately it is currently not possible to dynamically add drop down / check box options from any other source. It should be only be added in the drop down / check box property from form editor.
If you have already added all the names in check box / radio button then you can take advantage of our "PrePopulate Fields" app to generate the URL to pre-populate form field: http://prepopulate.jotform.io/
Please check the screenshot below:
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you meant to ask something else.
Thank you!
