Getting "Error occured when setting up Dropbox Integration. Please try" again

    I keep getting the same message when trying to intergrate dropbox. Error occured when setting up Dropbox Integration. Please try again

    Hi,

    Could you try the following:

    1. Clear your form's cache.

    2. Log in to your JotForm account

    3. Open a new window and log in to your Dropbox account.

    4. Repeat the integration, click the "Authenticate" button.

    After clicking "Authenticate", you will see this pop-up window. No need to log in because we have already done that already did that earlier on a separate tab. Click "Allow".

     

    That should integrate your Dropbox to JotForm properly. Do let us know if you need more information on this.
