Downgrade Pricing

    Hi, I want to downgrade to 'Starter', and I have selected downgrade to 'Starter', but it still says that it is set at 'Premium', although it did indicate that it was scheduled to change manually.  When does it change?

    Hi Graeme,

    After reviewing your account, I am seeing that you have your payments through PayPal, as such you would need to cancel your subscription directly on PayPal. Please follow the steps below:

    (1) Login to your Paypal Account

    (2) Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm

    (3) Click the subscription number for that transaction

    (4) Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
