Thank you page redirection not working as intended

    Hi there,

    I have made a form and added it at http://18pack.co.za/contact.html

    I have set the form to show  a thankyou page, thanks.html when someone submits the form. However I m not sure why it is not redirecting the form to that page and showing thanks message on same page.


    Can you please check this asap.

    I took a look at your jotform Komal and I see the issue.

    Please note that you did set the redirect link, but you have set the jotform to not use it - and to use the default thank you message instead.

    Once you change this, it will redirect your users properly.
