I have created, about 5 forms now but they seen to have gone from the "my forms" page, only the current one is still available?
what is the reason for this - i have not deleted them or archived them.
Is there a time limit on the free account - I can still access the live forms I set up but just not edit the original.

I was able to find 3 forms under a "Guest" account associated with the form your referenced above. These forms were created without being logged in so they were not properly associated with your username.
I went ahead and moved those forms to your registered account and you should now be able to access them as normal. If there are any other forms you are missing that you also have a link to, let us know and we will be happy to move those as well.
