Issues with being kicked out before done with form

I have been getting emails regarding having issues with being kicked out of a form before they have finished filling it out and hitting the submit button.  Specifically with the Guidance Counselors form and they said that they get a Thank You for your submission and the form isn't complete.  Also, I am not getting the partial forms.  I don't get it until they complete it but they are getting frustrated with having to start over each time because when it kicks them out, it clears the form.  I need their information and with over 400 forms to fill out, they aren't going to keep starting over.  Any help you can give us would be greatly appreciated.

If I understood you correctly, they are shown thank you page even before clicking on submit - that is what you mean by kicking them out of the form?

That is strange. Could you please give us a link to the page where this form is sine that should not happen, so I presume that the conflict is there.

I would however like to point out that social security number is not allowed to be captured over our form builder unless specific type of business holds the jotform and uses it for their own purposes.

Having such field will result in your jotforms being disabled, so please remove it from the jotform

I would also recommend marking at least one field as required on your jotform since without them being marked as required, they can be submitted when Return / Enter is pressed, since that is a standard button for browsers to submit forms (so it might be this that is causing issues).
