How to remove the appointment from the Emails and add the date instead

    Other option is to remove the appointment duration time from the confirmation and reminder emails and just show the date instead.

    Hi Troy,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform. You can hide the time duration on your Email and date easily. Let me show you how to do it:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu and drag-drop the Short Text field
    • Click on the Type a Question text and change it to the question you want to use.

    Now, let's set up the conditions:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
    • Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on the Update Calculate field.

    • Set the conditions as you see below:

    Now we'll change the Email content:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Edit icon.
    • Remove the appointment id and make sure that the short text field is there on your Email.
    • Finally, click on the Save button. That's it you're done.
