Hi Troy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform. You can hide the time duration on your Email and date easily. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu and drag-drop the Short Text field
- Click on the Type a Question text and change it to the question you want to use.
Now, let's set up the conditions:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
- Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on the Update Calculate field.
- Set the conditions as you see below:
Now we'll change the Email content:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Edit icon.
- Remove the appointment id and make sure that the short text field is there on your Email.
- Finally, click on the Save button. That's it you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
