How does the signature field work after it has been submitted?Asked by websc on March 18, 2015 at 10:03 AM
We would be OK with admins being able to change things if there is some indication that admins made any changes after a form was submitted.
The way the signature field works is when the signature field is signed then submitted it is then converted into an image which you will see on your submission when it is received.
You can however make changes to it when you edit the submission but be advised that this will override the original for that submission if it is edited.
Here's some screenshots to show you what I mean in order.
It has to be cleared first for the new signature to change cus otherwise it will stay as the original signature image. And when submitted and looked at again you'll notice that this now has replaced the original.
