subject with input from customer

    is it possible to have a subject that has a customer input?

    for example we use the dropbox upload form so customers can send us artwork- would like for the subject of the email to read (Artwork submission for order# (customer input))

     

    is this possible?

    Hi,

    If I understand you correctly, you would like the Subject of your emails to include data entered in a field within your form.  This is definitely possible.  While editing your emails notifications:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    You can add fields from the section on the right on side to your form by click on them.  The will add whatever data was entered in that field to that portion of your notification.  In you case, click in the "Subject" line of the email, then click on the field you would like to add:

    This will add the user entered data to the subject line of your email:
