How do I upload the contact in spreadsheet?

By upload do you mean update?

If so you can either edit manually the spreadsheet, by double clicking the cell and replacing the content:

Or you can select My Forms > select the form > submissions:

Select the submission you wish to update > edit > update the fields > submit:

After that you can download the updated Excel file:
