The problem of your background (the one with the dog) is still not fixed. Your background is still not visible to my users.

    I see that there a background image is added from the Form preferences window which seems to be overriding the dog background.

    Removing this background should be showing dog background. Please let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to help.
