My integrated spreadsheet is acting strange and I am not able to access my forms through My Drive. Consequently, I cannot view submissions or make any changes. Please advise.

My apologies but I am not exactly sure what you are having trouble with. It sounds like your are unable to view your spreadsheets in Google Drive and you are also unable to access your previous submissions in drive. If this is the case, it sounds like there may be something wrong with accessing your Drive account. Clear your browsers cache and cookies and log back in to Drive to see if that clears things up.
