I used to receive an alert or an e-mail to my e-mail address when someone had typed in a submission. I am no longer receiving it. Don't know what I can do to continue receiving it.

I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should be receiving the submission emails without any problem.
I tested your form and I check our email log and found that submission email was sent successfully. Please check the log below:
Seems that there were some failed submissions. Probably it was just temporarily problem with your Email address. Could you please check and confirm if you have received the submission email or not?
