My email has changed for the form and it's not working right now.

    Can someone please call me.  I need your help with the form on my site.  I just changed the email and now the form doesn't work.  Please call me at 847-748-8539.

    Unfortunately, we are not offering any telephone support at the moment and this support forum is our primary support. Your questions on this forums shall be addressed in a timely manner. I also notice that you opened a new thread on the same issue. Please be noted that opening multiple threads on the same issue is not required.

    With the link provided on the other thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/535838, I see that the form embedded is existing in a different account. Could you please provide us with little more information on the issue that you are experiencing? Do you mean to say that the email on the JotForm is changed or the notifications emails are delivering to your old email address after changing your email address? If you can provide us with more information on the issue, we will be able to guide you in the right direction.
