FormsCentral forms inporting to wrong JotForm account

Hi there,

I have two JotForm accounts, and I am trying to import specific forms from my FormsCentral account to each account. One JotForm account has the same email address as my FormsCentral account and one account has a different email address. When I log into the JotForm account with a different email address and try to import the forms from my FormsCentral account, I get the email that says "We are importing your forms" but then they all get imported into the JotForm account with the same email address as the FormsCentral account, even though that is not the account I am logged into when I use the import command. Now I have 3 copies of every form in that account and can't get any of them to import into the JotForm account with the different email address. Help please!

Please try to open the migration page in private (incognito mode) browser tab and list your new account email address. It should associate the migration process with mentioned JotForm account email address.

Thanks for the suggestion, but this didn't change anything - they are still only importing to the Jotform account that has the same email address as the FormsCentral account, even though I get the confirmation to the other email address that they will be imported there.

In this case we can manually transfer the forms from your second account to this one. Please provide us with a list of the form IDs. Then, we will be able to move these forms.
