I have built an order form for a local foodbank charity and would like to share this with other foodbanks
In addition to the form I would like to share the notification, auto respond and pdf report.
what's the best way to do this?

Do you have a Google Drive or Dropbox account maybe? There is a possibility to integrate your forms with Google Drive and Dropbox. That will mean that when someone submit your form all notifications/autoresponder will be submitted also on Dropbox or Google Drive in form of PDF. Than you can share your Dropbox folder or Google Drive folder to other users and they will have access to all of your submitted data.
