How can I change the name of a form?

I have forms for requesting meetings and they need to be updated every year with the current year.  I can edit the form, but the name did not change. I thought I changed the name in Adobe FormsCentral before they were migrated over.

You can change the name of the form by clicking on the top left corner in the form builder. Then, you can enter the new name of the form and click on the Save button.
