Rank and order answers

I need to create a form where I ask a question and people have to order the answers in ranking from most to least.

either by dragging each item so place them in the right order (ideal) or by numbering the in the order they should appear or their preferred order.

Do you have anything like that?

For example;

What do you like to drink before going to bed?

2  Milk

5 Coffee

3  Wine

1  Nothing

4  Water
