Cannot print the application...it just freezes. This happens occasionally and then I reboot computer. This time it didnt work and I cannot print.

May I inquire which 'Application' were you trying to Print?
I just test the Print button on my form submissions and I was able to Print.
Please retry again by following the user guide.
Let us know if the issue persist.
