Is there a way fillable PDF forms can lock after someone enters information?

I don't know if this is something Jotform normally helps with...but I have downloaded a fillable PDF, and I am trying to see if there is a way to send it, have someone fill in the form, and then have it lock once they enter information.  So afterward, when they send their completed form out, no one else will be able to edit their information?
