    I bought a theme from the theme store and cannot access it.

    I paid for one of the themes in the ThemeStore and paid for it via my PayPal account. I have the receipt but when I go back to the template it wants me to buy it again. How do I access the template I bought?

    Hi,

    Templates and themes are actually different, we have them on separate page. 

    If you have purchase a theme on the Theme Store. You should be able to see it in your "My Themes". You can check it here: http://www.jotform.com/theme-store/. Click the "My Themes" section.

    To use a Theme in your cloned form, you can click the "Themes" in your toolbar.

    You should be able to see the bought theme there ready to use. 

    I hope that helps. Do let us know if you are still unable to see it in your end, there's a possibility that you have purchased it in on a guest account.

    ok sorry to use the wrong term, but it IS NOT SHOWING IN MY THEMES

     

    I have now boight 2 themes and BOTH are not showing.

     

    Can I have refund so i can leave you, because if you took as much time actually checking out the problem asked and lesss time trying to cartch out your customers with word tricks all would be fine.
