I realize you aren't able to provide support for Adobe, but do the graphics/photos in the designer area of Jotform (I had many embedded photos) to give ample descriptions of what was needed in the Jotform Profile page, get lost in the "saving as pdf" process?
Do you suggest that I create a new "specifically designed for pdf format" profile page to keep the integrity of the photos in the "Text Area" sections of my form?

The issue seems to be with the images that your JotForm has. The form headings, images and text fields are rendered as screenshots in the PDF. The background images on the JotForm are currently not supported to display in the PDF version. Since we have several images on your JotForm including the background image of labels, I think that the tool couldn't read other images in some of the fields.
Please refer to the following guide that can help you in better understanding of our PDF creator.
Also, Let me forward this issue to our back-end team to take a look at this issue. I cannot provide you an ETA at the moment. However, if there is any update, you'll be posted through this thread.
