Is it possible to open a form at a specific time and date?

I will like to open a form (make it available for the users) at a specific time and date. I know how to close it at a specific time, but is it possible to do it for opening?

Unfortunately, this is not possible automatically as we do to specifying expiry date. However, you may disable the form and display a message to the user that the form can be accessible from a specific date. But you'll need to enable the form manually.

You may enable/disable the JotForm from the Form preferences window. 

Set the warning message to be displayed when the form is accessed.

This is how it displays when the form is accessed while it is in disabled state.
