Why my form is disabled?

    Hello nedanaseri,

    Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.

    Upon taking a closer look at your form, I can confirm that it's not being used for any phishing activities. I have activated your account now. Do try to sign in to your account and get backto us if you have any trouble.

    I use these form as I explained before only for daily report of a small business, maybe I make more forms here for other parts of workshop until we find a better way for reporting. no username and passwords needed in these forms and no website is available for us. I want to make more forms here about 40 please let me use your free facilities. I will thank you if you don't disable my forms again.     I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. I have gone ahead and activated your account.
