When I receive the application issued through the jotform template attached to the request the file on the e-mail address it is impossible to open andor download - it can be done only on your site in the section "my forms". Help in what there can be a problem?

I did check your form's notification email alert template and found that you have added that you are trying to display the uploaded files as images but the files uploaded by users are .zip & .doc/.docx files. That is the reason why it is not displaying in the submission emails you receive.
I have gone ahead and updated your form's notification email template and changed it to display the uploaded file URL instead of images. Please check the screenshot below on the changes I have done:
Now the next submission email you receive will display the uploaded file URL correctly.
Do test your form and get back to us if the issue persists.
