Here's an example:
First Name: Sally
Last Name: Smith
When opening edit, First Name and Last Name are both Sally Smith. This also happens with address info.
This problem is intermittent, but it's happened about 5 times this morning on a small stack of edits. Sometimes, clearing the duplicate data works, sometimes it doesn't.
UPDATE: Just figured out that any records that are edited duplicate data in fields in the database itself. An Excel download shows previous records are fine, but records edited through the web interface duplicate name, address, and phone info. This must be related to the recent feature fix for combined fields. Please, if at all possible, may we have an ETA for this repair?

I posted this in our bug list. Unfortunately, I can't give you an ETA.

Thank you, aytekin. I appreciate the attention your team gives to fixing things. For now, I'll cease editing through the interface. We wanted our master data on the JotForm server until we're ready for a complete download, but that will have to wait. Could you please contact me when this is fixed, or post a message here when it's on the schedule? For now, it shoots down any editing, and that's a bit painful. We'll get by, though.
Many thanks again.

This problem is now fixed. You can edit your forms and the information should not duplicate any more.
Thank you for your patience!
