Google drive integration is not working.

    hi there,

     

    our pdf form data is no longer appearing in our google drive folder? any ideas?

     

     

    seems ok in the integrations pane!

    Hello Tony,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Have you tried to re-integrate your form with google drive again? If you have not done it already. I would suggest you to re-integrate your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.     Hello,

    As of checking, it appears that old tokens no longer work with Google Drive. So as suggested by Ashwin, you will need to reintegrate your form with Google Drive.

    Hello Tony,

    If in case you have not done any reintegration with your form to Google Drive as of yet, please do not bother. We have managed to fix the cause of this and your form's existing integration should work fine again.
