    how to edit a form i created already

    I created a form and used the html code to embed it into my website. but I didn't register with you when I created the form. so I don't have username nor  password. how can I edit this form. here is the html code I got from your site for the form.

    That form is indeed associated with a "Guest" account.  If you would like to register an account and let us know once you have to move form ID#50587496916168 to your account, we will be happy to do so.  Just let us know once you have registered and we will get it moved.
