Need to create custom CSV export

Hello, can I name the output column headers for an export to excel file? I need to import the data collected into my camp database and it requires specific headers, I also need to be able to change the time stamp to juts day, month, year. Can I also make this change? Unfortunately, you will have to manually rename the headers after you export the submissions into a CSV file.
