I am also wondering if there is another option other than a submit button at the end that will save the users responses.  With multiple pages, can you add a "save" - submit button to each page?

Please check the following guide: http://www.jotform.com/features/save-and-continue/ you can accomplish this with the workaround provided there.

Let us know if this would be a viable solution to what you want to accomplish.
    Thank you.

Thank you.  I did read this guide several times and I did include page breaks.  I just didn't understand if they had to go to the end and click submit in order for it to be saved.  I think I found that when a user clicks "next" it will actually save the form and continue to the next page.  Is this correct?

The data is being saved upon the Next/Back page break button clicks.

Please also use your session link (http://form.jotform.us/form/50335764476158?session={email}-{id}) as the form Custom Thank You URL.
