Bonjour
après intégration sur notre site, le formulaire ne fonctionne pas
Nous avons le message suivant "this form is currently unavailable"

I understand that you are receiving an error "This form is currently unavailable" after submitting the form. As I check your JotForm, I see that there is a limit set on your JotForm to receive only 50 submissions.
Since you have already received 50 submissions, you are receiving this error message. If you want to continue receive submissions for the form, you may edit the setting from the Form Preferences.
