How do I make 'per product item' shipping work?

    I have a required drop-down menu item to use for PayPal ordering, and have selected 'Per Additional Item' shipping. The first default selected item should add $28 for shipping, which it does, and each item in the drop down menu I would like to add an additional $2. This is not incrementing in the the total shipping cost, only the initial $28 is accounted for.

    To do that, please add a quantity dropdown on your jotform as well. Without it, you only have 1 item to order hence it is not adding more of them.
