My form is not allowing to SUBMIT, WHY?

To Whom It May Concern:

My form at http://azsorders.com/ is not allowing my customers to submit their order request.. Please fix ASAP

How can this be fixed... I need someone to fix ASAP.. I have customers trying to get me orders

The problem is that you have embedded the secure version of the form (https://secure...) on an unsecure URL http://azsorders.com/

Please replace the current link: https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/42096704155959

By this one:
