I see that you have already cancelled your existing subscription of premium monthly and the account is already scheduled to downgrade. Please be noted that the account shall be in Premium state till the next billing date. Then the account shall be downgraded to Free subscription.
Also, I see that the storage space is currently occupied around 6.5GB. Since the free subscription is limited to 100mb of space, you'll need to clear the currently occupied storage space. You may need to backup your submissions before you delete them from JotForm in case if you need them later since the deleted submissions cannot be recovered in any way.
