Is there a way to create a modal window?
so if you have a text field where you have hyperlink text. When someone clicks on it can you make it where it opens a pop up or modal window like this:
either with jotform. Or using a 3rd part wordpress plugin??

We do have a wordpress widget that assists with embedding forms to wordpress:

Then you can embed its lightbox version:

So I dont want my form to be in the lightbox. I want a clickable text that is IN the form to open a lightbox with more detail.

If you want a modal window on a form, then you must download it's source code, then 3rd party plugin that handles the full source code along with the modal window might do the trick.
