When cloning a form and changing the title, why is the title of the returned form still the original title

I take a form and clone it, lets say its called "My form A", I change the title to "My form B" and embed it on my site. When someone fills out the form and sends it back, it ends up in my email with the original title "My form A". It makes it hard to know that someone responded to my new form B. What am I doing wrong.
