Issues with form values not coming through on email

    Hello team, i'm just reaching out as i've managed to set up form however and embed on my website which i can complete and send through, however when i get the email submission through, to my email address, it doesn't include the values unfortunately and i'm not sure as to why :o/ 


    Any ideas as to why there not coming through?

    Upon checking your form, I see that the notifier has been customized which means that it won't be automatically updated when your form changes. For example, if you add or remove a field.

    Please recreate it to make sure that all the fields in your form are included correctly. You can see how to do this here: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
