if the Users do not accept the terms and conditions, and click on the option: no, the option yes, is not visible, and they can not go to the page of the form, and If They click in the option yes, they can already go to page of the form.

    Hi,

That's possible using skip to page condition.

First, add a terms check box on your form followed by the form fields. Divide your form into pages using page break tool, its under survey tools. After that, apply a skip to page condition that if the user does not agree the terms, they can't proceed to the next page.

    Example: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50780517599972?

Feel free to clone this form so you can see its fields on the form builder and its conditions. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/28-Cloning-a-Form-from-a-Web-Page

Here's how to add skip to page condition.
