I am not receiving submission email from my registration form.

     Additionally, my registrants are not getting a confirmation. This process wos working earlier. However, it stopped working. I am still getting my payments processing through Stripe and the registrations are still showing up in my spreadsheet.

    Hello Gary,

    I did check you form and you have not added any autoreponder email alert in form. 

    If I understand your question correctly, you mean to say that you are not receiving submission emails after your form is submitted. Is that correct?

    Upon checking our records, I found that your email address registration@tnsea.org ended up in our bounce list but I am not sure why any reason was not captured. 

    Result: registration@tnsea.org is IN the bounce list

    That is the reason why you are not receiving submission emails from your form. I have removed your email address from our bounce list and it should be working fine now. Do try to test your form by sending a test submission and get back to us if the issue persists.
